Forest chapel at Klausbach close to Plomberg-St. Lorenz.
A long time ago, the hermitage custodian rescued a hermit in bad weather in a tree, which bore the image of the holy Thekla. As a thank you, this chapel was constructed in this remarkable place.
Starting point: Gasthof Drachenwand in St. Lorenz, from there the route travels south-east, after approx. 50 m branch to the right. A sign indicates to the Theklakapelle. The route leads through the wood upwards. The signs are red-white-red. Keep to the left at two forks in the path to reach the Theklakapelle.
Thekla was a martyr who devoted her life to her faith.
