Close to the summit of the 1114 m high Kolomansberg lies the only complete wooden church in Upper Austria.
It is assumed that this site was formerly a place of worship in the Dark Ages. Close to the church is the Kolomannsbründl, an old medical spring (e.g. against eye disease), which according to legend is believed to have woken the holy Koloman as he rested here on his way to the crusades in the Holy Land.
