Getting There

The MondSeeLand Region, with the Mondsee and Irrsee is located directly at the Highway A1 Exit called Mondsee close to the festival city Salzburg.

via car from Germany from Munich(München) coming along the highway A8 direction Salzburg. In Salzburg you change to highway A1 direction Linz/Wien. About 20 km later you will reach the Exit Mondsee.

arriving from Vienna(Wien) please follow the highway A1 direction Salzburg. About 250 km later you will reach the Exit Mondsee.

from Italy follow the highway A10 direction Salzburg. In Salzburg you change to highway A1 direction Linz/Wien. About 20 km later you will reach the Exit Mondsee.

via train train station Strasswalchen - 14 km away from Mondsee. Connection to Mondsee by Bus No. 595.

Train Information

via plane Salzburg Airport - 30 km to Mondsee. Connection to the public bus into to the centre of Salzburg. Please change in the city to Bus No.140 to Mondsee.
